By virtue of compliance with the provisions of articles 48.2.d) and 48.3 of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Sociedad de Bolsas makes public the market members who have signed a market making agreement. Following the Directive, market makers are those market members carrying out algorithmic trading in liquid securities traded in the Stock Exchange Interconnection System, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/578, of the Commission.
